I firmly believe we are ALL inherently powerful and have the abilities within ourselves to lead joyful and fulfilling lives. We sometimes find ourselves "stuck" in our own heads, with our distorted perceptions of ourselves and others or in panic and then survival mode simply by being alive in this period of history.
